Senior Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Main Contractor Location: Central London Salary: £85,000–£95,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London division. This is a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work across education, leisure, healthcare, life sciences and mixed-use developments. The Role You will take the lead on commercial management across a range of London-based projects, ensuring financial targets are achieved and commercial processes are followed to Tier 1 standards. You will prepare detailed cost plans, valuations, forecasts and commercial reports, manage procurement and subcontractor packages, and oversee change control. You will also play a key role in 2-stage tenders and early-stage project development, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.
