We're looking for a Trainer to join our business systems and process team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Centenary House, Basingstoke - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week
What will you be responsible for?
As a Trainer, you'll be working within the Residential Solutions stream of Kier Places, supporting them to deliver training on both business systems and business process to assist in the embedding and adoption of Kier Places applications in day-today operations.
Your day to day will include:
* Delivery of system and process orientated training via teams and face to face in either a classroom environment or one on one scenarios.
* Production and enhancement of all training material to support delivery of training, evaluation, post training refresher and self-learning across multiple media methods including documents, videos, and e-learning platform.
* Continually seek ways to improve service.
* Support the business analyst with process maturity activities and documentation, including the development of process maps and standard operating procedures.
What are we looking for?
This role of Trainer is great for you if:
* Strong experience with working with video editing tools e.g. Adobe Premier, Camtasia.
* Experience with building and developing training materials and courses on a Learning Management System LMS.
* Excellent and demonstrable communicator with experience working in a system and process-based training role
