Salary: £17,253 for 22.5 hours
Contract: Part time fixed term until 31 Dec 2026
Location: Grimsby, Goole and Scunthorpe

We're looking for a Personal Well-being Advisor - someone with a rare mix of compassion, resilience, organisation and flexibility. This is for the person who understands that rehabilitation isn't just about offering advice; it's about rolling up your sleeves and pro-actively supporting someone on their journey.
This is a demanding role; you'll be working in a challenging environment with people who have complex needs and who can be reluctant to engage. But when you help someone break the cycle and you see them take real steps toward transforming their life, it's a great feeling.
About the Role:
You will support a caseload of service users that may have been previously released from prison, on a suspended sentence or on community orders. Based out of the local probation offices you will be working collaboratively with pre-release teams, probation and other internal departments to support them on their journey.
