This role is essential in delivering high-quality support to our esteemed Polish-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive customer support to Polish-speaking clients via various channels including telephone, email, and chat.
* Respond accurately to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies in a timely manner.
* Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, thus ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective solutions to client needs.
* Keep abreast of the latest product knowledge, services, and industry trends to enhance the quality of customer support.
* Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
* Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer relations.
* Proficient problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
* Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
* Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
