Job overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and forward-thinking administrator to support the senior leadership/management team within the North Kent Directorate.
This is a 9-month secondment or fixed-term contract, working 37.5 hours per week (9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday), with flexible options to work from home.
The candidate should have at least GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, possess excellent organizational and keyboard skills, be a competent typist, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, adaptability to changing situations, and effective work prioritization are essential.
Strong diary management skills and minute-taking abilities are crucial, as they will constitute a significant part of the role.
