Join a prestigious global Private Equity firm working in their stunning five-star Mayfair office. They are looking for a polished Team Assistant based at Reception who is keen to take on a more varied and demanding role.
The Team Assistant will manage reception duties with grace, ensure the office runs seamlessly, and support high-profile meetings and events. Responsibilities also include overseeing office supplies, coordinating mail, facilities maintenance, and assisting with event planning and catering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with receptionist, PA, or administrative experience in a luxury 5-star or professional services environment, eager to take on PA and event management responsibilities. You’ll gain valuable exposure supporting a team of Associates, managing calendars, travel, and expenses.
