About Heavy Haulage:
Heavy Haulage is a division of K&S Freighters, specialising in the transportation of oversized, over mass freight solutions, special projects, equipment storage and port logistics. Every project we undertake is managed by our expert project's teams, committed to excellence and precision.
The role:
Our Heavy Haulage Division based in High Wycombe require a mechanically minded, experienced Platform Operator.
Much of this work is WA based and transporting large scale equipment to our customers including all major mine sites, with the occasional interstate trip.
Responsibilities:
* Safe transporting of various machines to various different mine sites and customers throughout WA.
* Be customer focused with strong, clear communication skills.
* Sound knowledge & understanding of load restraint & over-mass regulations.
* Strong adherence to effectively manage fatigue hours.
You will bring:
* Current MC licence with experience operating Drake Platforms preferred
* Mechanically minded attitude with the knowledge and ability to tackle most issues as they arise.
* A thorough understanding of permit requirements and compliance with fatigue management standards.
* Strong commitment to safety and compliance
* Good communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
