Through Service Care Solutions, you'll join a service committed to holistic, child-centred practice and meaningful outcomes.Responsibilities Deliver specialist speech and language assessments and evidence-based interventionsContribute to MDT therapeutic plans in line with EHCP outcomesProvide individual, group and environmental interventions using creative, engagement-focused approachesSupport staff teams through training, modelling and guidance to promote communication-friendly environmentsWork closely with families and external agencies including CAMHS and Social CarePrepare high-quality clinical reports and maintain accurate recordsSupport trauma-informed and therapeutic practice across education and residential settings Requirements Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPCExperience supporting children and young people with complex SEND and neurodevelopmental needsAbility to work within and contribute to a multidisciplinary teamStrong communication, organisation and initiativeExperience supporting teams around a child to create clinically informed environmentsCommitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people What we do for youWe know you're going to do great things.
