Remuneration & Benefits
Up to £50,000 base salary plus performance‑related bonus up to £25,000 (£7,900 guaranteed). Hybrid company car and comprehensive benefits package.
Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager – Water Controls & Sanitaryware will:
* Field sales position selling a comprehensive range of manufactured high‑quality taps, shower mixers and water controls.
* Sell to and generate specifications with architects, M&E consultants, specifiers, M&E contractors, local authorities and installers.
* Handle back orders sold through builder merchants such as Wolseley, BSS, City Plumbing, Jewson, Travis Perkins and Grahams.
* Maintain a balance of account management and new business development.
Candidate Profile
* Field sales experience and a stable, professional CV.
* Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing & heating and KBB is an advantage but not essential.
* Capability in generating and managing new business relationships.
* Strong motivation, self‑driven and hardworking mindset.
* Desire to be the best in the field.
