About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for Procurement Governance Manager (12 Month FTC) to join our national team. You will monitor and drive procurement compliance according to Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015), Utilities Contract Regulations 2016 (UCR 2016), Cabinet Office Controls, and Government Commercial Technical Standards across all non-pay spend at NHS Property Services.
We offer a salary from £55,000, flexible hybrid working, and a 10% annual bonus.
Responsibilities:
* Support Category Managers in ensuring compliance with Procurement Policy and relevant legislation.
* Implement and support continuous improvement in commercial compliance and procurement capabilities.
* Maintain procurement systems, databases, and records, ensuring data accuracy.
* Assist with audit and governance responsibilities, including reporting and compliance documentation.
* Support communication of procurement policies and manage procurement risk registers.
Candidate profile:
* Experience in complex environments with demanding objectives.
* Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and supply chains.
* Experience in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
* Influence senior leadership and manage task-oriented objectives.
* CIPS Level 4 or above (preferred), TPP Certification (desired).
