The Opportunity As a Quality Management Lead, you’ll help ensure quality requirements are met throughout the full lifecycle of the Hinkley Point C project. Your work will support the transition towards An Electric Britain, giving you the chance to influence one of the UK’s most ambitious low‑carbon developments. Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this role is based at Hinkley Point C. You’ll have hybrid working and occasional travel to other sites, agreed with your Line Manager. You’ll join a team that values clarity, collaboration and continuous improvement in every stage of project delivery. You’ll work with project teams and supply chain partners to keep quality on track across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning. Who You Are We’re looking for a Quality Management Lead who brings clear communication, curiosity and a practical approach to solving challenges.
