We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a remote role, with occasional travel to the office in Wilmslow. You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, backed by a supportive leadership team, a strong brand, and a great commission scheme that properly rewards performance.
What You’ll Be Doing…
* Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through to placement
* Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
* Sourcing, engaging and advising high-quality candidates within your specialism
* Acting as a trusted consultant to both clients and candidates
* Developing your desk through business development and account growth
* Collaborating with the wider team to share knowledge, ideas and wins
What We’re Looking For…
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
* Background in Marketing, Digital, Creative or Tech recruitment preferred
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* A consultative, quality-driven approach to recruitment
* Someone who thrives with autonomy but enjoys being part of a team
* Motivated, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about recruitment
* Remote-first working with flexibility and trust
* Occasional office travel to stay connected
* Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience)
