Sales Negotiator
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a driven, experienced Sales Negotiator on behalf of a leading estate agent. This is a key role focused on winning instructions, delivering vendors, and progressing sales efficiently. The Estate Agent will ensure an excellent experience for both vendors and buyers.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate and win property valuations (PSVs)
2. Convert valuations into signed instructions
3. Manage properties from listing through to sale agreed
4. Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
5. Maintain strong communication with vendors and buyers
6. Progress sales and follow through deals to completion
7. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, admin, compliance)
8. Any other duties role may involve.
Person Specification:
9. 2+ years estate agency sales experience
10. Strong knowledge of the local property market (Portadown / surrounding areas)
11. Proven track record in winning business and closing deals
12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
13. Highly organised with strong time management
14. Driven, competitive, and results-focused mindset
Desirable Criteria:
15. Existing local network / client base
16. Experience with CRM systems
17. Full UK driving licence

The successful Sales Negotiator will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus Uncapped Commission.
