They are on the lookout for a Vinyl Applicator / Bench Hand n to join their already successful factory team. You will be trained on the company's specific machines and salary will be reviewed in accordance of ability. Responsibilities: Prepare substrates for application. This may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning and maintaining the substrates for application. Weeding, screeding vinyl's. Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards. Perform finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed pieces. Minimum Requirements: Has some large format print production experience - printing & finishing experience desired. Be in a commutable distance from Haywards Heath by vehicle or public transport. Be able to work alone and as part of a team. Be flexible on working hours - longer working may be required.
