This role involves generating new business through market appraisals, converting valuations into instructions, and managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in while delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesRegistering applicants and matching them to suitable propertiesConducting property viewings and following up enquiriesNegotiating rental offers between landlords and tenantsProgressing agreed lets through referencing, compliance and move-inMaintaining regular contact with landlords and tenantsEnsuring all lettings comply with current UK legislationAchieving individual and office targetsCarrying out market appraisals/valuations for residential rental propertiesAdvising landlords on achievable rental values and market conditionsConverting valuations into signed instructionsWinning new instructions through proactive canvassing and referralsProviding professional advice on maximising rental yieldMaintaining accurate records of valuations and outcomesSkills and ExperienceProven experience in residential lettings (negotiator or senior level)Experience carrying out lettings valuations and winning instructionsStrong negotiation, presentation and closing skillsExcellent communication and relationship management abilityTarget-driven and commercially awareHighly organised with good attention to detailFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleKnowledge and ComplianceStrong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements (e.g. Right to Rent, deposit protection, EPC, gas and electrical safety)Understanding of the full lettings lifecycleARLA Propertymark qualification (preferred or willingness to obtain)What we offerA competitive salary package with performance-related incentives.The opportunity to lead a growing lettings business in a thriving market.A supportive, professional, and friendly working environment.If youre passionate about lettings, commercially minded, and ready to take on a leadership role, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
