The successfulAccounts Assistantcandidate will have experience across both sides of the ledger, be confident managing multiple weekly payment runs, and take a proactive approach to reducing outstanding customer debt through effective credit control. In addition, theAccounts Assistantwill have the opportunity to support the Management Accountant with a range of responsibilities, including VAT returns, payroll processing, and the preparation of monthly management accounts. Key tasks and responsibilities 1. Process/match purchase invoices 2. Set up new supplier/customer accounts and maintain existing account details within the ledgers on Sage and CRM 3. Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements 4. Payment Runs
