Manpower is currently hiring Operatives to join a busy and fast-moving Site near Stallingborough. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.
Location
* Site is based close to Stallingborough
* Own transport is essential (no public transport available)
Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly)
Week 1
* Monday - Thursday: 4:00am - 2:00pm
* Friday: 4:00am - 12:00pm
Week 2
* Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm - 12:00am
Pay Rates
* £12.50 per hour
* £13.40 per hour (between 10:00pm - 6:00am)
Your Day-to-Day Role
* Sorting and processing recyclable materials
* Working on a busy production line
* Following strict health & safety procedures
* Keeping your work area clean and organised
What We're Looking For
Background
* Experience in warehouse, production or manufacturing is preferred
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
* Able to carry out manual handling tasks
* Fit enough for active, hands-on work
* Flexible to work early mornings and late evenings
