Our client is seeking an experienced
Site Supervisor
to join their project delivery to deliver an M&E Installation project, overseeing the safe and effective construction and installation works on large-scale infrastructure developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and safety-focused individual with strong site leadership experience to step into a high-impact assignment within a challenging but rewarding environment.
The Role
As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading construction installation activities onsite - either across the full scope of works or a dedicated section, depending on project scale. You'll act as a key point of contact onsite, ensuring work is delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standards of quality.
Working closely with the Construction Manager, you'll play a critical role in coordinating daily activities, and supporting the ongoing success of complex engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Day-to-day site co-ordination, supporting the work of internal teams and subcontractors
* Acting as a site representative to the client, maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality
* Implementing and enforcing Health & Safety protocols, delivering daily Toolbox Talks, and ensuring compliance with project-specific RAMS
* Managing site logistics, receiving plant and materials, and ensuring accurate documentation
* Producing and maintaining daily/weekly reports and site records, including quality inspections and non-conformance reports
* Leading multi-disciplinary teams in the installation, commissioning, and testing of systems
* Reviewing and ensuring compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and QA requirements
* Participating in constructability reviews and construction planning
* Identifying and mitigating site-based risks, maintaining a strong safety-first culture
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience supervising construction or installation works within
highly regulated
or
complex project environments
(e.g., nuclear, energy, defence, infrastructure)
* A strong understanding of site safety, quality control, and compliance processes
* Experience delivering against detailed RAMS, project drawings, and QA documentation
* Confident communicator with the ability to lead teams and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
* Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
* Eligibility for UK security clearance is essential
