About the Team
Cleeve Court is a modern, purpose-built 45-bed residential care home in Twerton, Bath. We provide high-quality, person-centred care for older adults living with dementia and varying levels of frailty. Our home is designed to be warm, welcoming, and homely, with care delivered across two spacious floors. We’re proud of our dedicated team who work together to create a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for our residents.
About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant - Nights, you’ll support the Registered Manager in leading the care team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of care. You will also be responsible for administering medication, liaising with health professionals, and ensuring care plans are followed and updated accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and mentoring care staff
* Managing rota cover and ensuring adequate staffing
* Conducting audits and supporting staff development
* Promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies

About You
We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, confident, and experienced in leading a care team. You’ll bring a proactive approach and a strong understanding of person-centred care.
