Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and organising care schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
* Supervising care staff and supporting their ongoing development
* Conducting spot checks, supervisions, and quality assurance visits
* Participating in the on-call rota and responding to emergency care needs
* Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Ensuring compliance with care standards and company policies
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties
Desirable
* Experience using the PASS system
* Previous experience in a supervisory or care coordination role within domiciliary care
