POSITION PURPOSE
The Resort Activities Attaché plays a key role in delivering the signature Trump Hotels experience through exceptional guest service and retail presentation. Representing the Trump brand’s commitment to excellence, the Trump Activities Attaché provides a luxurious and welcoming experience, ensuring that every guest encounter reflects the sophistication and quality synonymous with the Trump name.
Serving as the nerve centre for guest experiences, the Hotel Experience Attaché coordinates across all departments to deliver on curating experiences tailored to each guest’s unique preferences and lifestyle.
The associate is responsible for pre-arrival communication with guests as well as the daily operations of the Trump Store, Whisky Tasting Room, Games Room and Cinema Room, including guest engagement, merchandise presentation, sales transactions, inventory management and brand storytelling. Through personalised service and deep product knowledge, the associate enhances each guest’s connection to the Trump Turnberry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Acting as the primary liaison between Hotel Experiences and departments such as Reservations, Front Office and Golf Operations to ensure smooth operations and provide key guest insights and preferences to empower every department to deliver with precision and care.
* Responsible for overseeing the Games Room & Cinema Room by managing reservations and guest bookings, granting access to the areas, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. Including opening and closing procedures for the Games Room, Cinema, and Whisky Tasting Room.
* Guest Communications: Coordinate VIP pre-arrival and departure calls.
Whisky Tasting Room
* Have and maintain in-depth knowledge of whisky brands, regions in Scotland and production styles. Stay up to date on trends, new releases and industry innovations to enhance the guest experience.
* Manage Whisky stock levels for tastings, bottle rotations and monitoring waste.
* Create an inviting, educational, and enjoyable environment for guests of varying levels of whisky knowledge.
* Personalise tasting experiences to guest preferences, offering recommendations and insights tailored to individual tastes.
Trump Store
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all Trump Store merchandise, including product origin, quality, and brand significance.
* Anticipate guest needs, offer thoughtful recommendations, and assist with special purchases or shipping requests.
* Assist the Retail Manager with merchandising and maintaining store displays, ensuring all items are presented in line with brand visual standards.
Cinema & Games Room
* Actively promotes the Games Room & Cinema Room during pre-arrival calls and through in-house guest interactions, consistently anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
* Serve drinks and food to the guests during these experiences
* Upselling food & drinks packages during cinema & games rooms experiences

* Available to work 5 days over 7 with a high level of evening and weekend shifts to suit guest needs.
* Flexible to adapt and change shifts to suit Whisky Tasting bookings.
