As Event Coordinator you will effectively manage and facilitate corporate & social events while exceeding financial goals and customer expectations. A little bit about what you will be doing: To establish productive relationships with all meeting planners through the planning and implementation of programs Plan, organise and coordinate the assigned conventions, to include all food and beverage, meeting room set up, recreational activities, and to ensure proper billing is maintained Consistently perform standards of service, interact with guests/ clients and all hotel employees in a professional, gracious and friendly manner Provide hotel departments with thorough information on all banquet events to ensure high levels of service and guest satisfaction Follow through with information distributed (BEO’s, Resumes, Group Cover Sheets) to operational departments to ensure that it is understood and able to be carried out in a manner which the meeting planner expects
