We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Coordinator to join our team at our Irvine HQ.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Coordinator will be maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers for Training Plus and assist in other adhoc finance tasks.
The finance department is a small but dynamic team delivering all finance functions for the business with an opportunity to get involved in other areas of our fast-paced business.
We are looking for someone who is keen to develop in a finance role as this will provide well rounded finance experience and is ideal for starting a career in industry.
The role: Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers.
Complete daily bank reconciliations and record financial activity.
Process card payments and manage disputed invoices with stakeholders.
Raise purchase orders and support VAT return preparation.
Assist the Financial Controller with management accounts and group reporting.Provide general administrative support across Training Plus and Access Plus.
What will help you to excel in this role: Working knowledge of Sage packages is preferred.
Proficient in the practical use of the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
