Our client, a leader in the retail industry, is looking to recruit a B2B Business Solutions Executive to join their team.
The Business Solutions Executive is accountable for delivering our client's goals, through alignment with the brand and ethos. A driven individual, with exceptional customer service and an eye for detail is required. Building relationships to drive sales and margin, while working with manufacturers to provide training and after sales care.
A problem-solving mentality built on solid numerical grounding is essential, while this new and growing sector will provide an opportunity to stand out and build something unique.
£30k base OTE £40k plus benefits.
Duties
1. Achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer service levels
2. Knowledge of the promotional calendar and tracking supported sales
3. Working with the merchandiser and wider team to ensure timely allocation and delivery of stock
4. Delivering self-generated leads from outbound activity
5. Ability to build a strong pipeline and customer base
6. Tracking leads through CRM to maximise all available opportunities
7. Gather market intelligence in your sector, identify relevant market opportunities and apply these insights in your business planning process to achieve your targets
