Switchboard Operator

Venn Group’s IT team are recruiting an enthusiastic Switchboard Operator to join an exciting non-technical support team at a great NHS organisation!
Location: Wakefield
Rate: £14 - 15 per hour PAYE
Duration: 3 months (with potential extension)
Start: Immediate
Day to day duties:
1. Be able to deliver first class customer care on the delivery of client’s requests and the resolution of incidents
2. An understanding of call handling, with a good telephone manner
3. Have excellent Customer Focus skills
4. Ability to accurately input and retrieve information on a computerised system
5. Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
6. Ability to obtain and record accurate information
7. Ability to prioritise workload
8. Be a fast learner
9. Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
10. Be comfortable working in a 4-on / 4-off working pattern
11. Be comfortable working night shifts
