Your role will be to bring learning alive across all of it. What youll be doing: Designing and delivering programmes that build real skills and confidence think people management, leadership, mentoring, mental health, and more. Leading early careers programmes (apprenticeships, internships, work experience) with energy and care. Creating spaces for feedback and growth through 360 tools, coaching, and culture-driven workshops. Reimagining their internal talent programme to spot and support the stars of the future. Bringing learning online and making it accessible, inspiring, and genuinely useful. Being a visible, trusted partner to leaders across the group helping them grow their people and their impact. Refreshing and rebooting our existing learning content to keep things fresh, relevant, and engaging.
