Job Description
Join Home Instead and help shape and deliver our exceptional live-in care services for older adults.
* Manage and support live-in clients and support the Head of Live in People Experience
* Complete consultations, assessments, care plans & risk assessments
* Maintain accurate digital records
* Carry out client reviews and follow-up actions
* Build relationships with clients, families & professionals
* Coordinate live-in introductions and handovers
* Promote services locally & online to grow client base
* Support recruitment and participate in on-call rota
* Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications
About You
* Experience in live-in care or similar role (preferred)
* Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role
* Strong communication & organisational skills
* Passionate about person-centred care
* Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role
* UK driving licence preferred and means of transport if required to visit clients within the territory
