Salary: £50,800 per annum + 15% discretionary bonus

You have strong, hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and understand how critical a well‑optimised ERP platform is to a growing organisation. You are analytical, detail‑oriented, and confident working with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
You are comfortable bridging the gap between business and technology, gathering requirements, challenging processes where needed, and delivering practical system improvements that add measurable value.

The role
* This is a pivotal position acting as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams.
* You will take ownership of supporting, developing, and continuously improving the Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring it operates smoothly, efficiently, and in line with business objectives.
* Alongside day‑to‑day system support, you will play a leading role in delivering enhancements, implementing new modules, and supporting integrations with third‑party applications.
* You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities to optimise processes, enhance reporting, and strengthen operational controls.
* This role offers the opportunity to influence ERP strategy while delivering tangible operational impact.
Required skills and experience
* Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Track record of delivering system improvements or ERP‑related projects
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
* Experience managing testing cycles and UAT processes
* Ability to produce clear and structured requirements documentation
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Background in Finance
* Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third‑party systems
* Experience in multi‑entity or scaling organisations
* Involvement in ERP or digital transformation programmes
