Teamforce Labour are seeking an experienced Civils Foreman to take a leading role on a major infrastructure project in Leiston.
This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled foreman with proven experience in deep drainage and heavy civils works, looking to contribute to a high-profile project from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate site activities for deep drainage and associated civil works.
* Ensure works are delivered in line with project drawings, specifications, and health & safety requirements.
* Lead and motivate site operatives, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.
* Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and the project management team.
* Monitor progress and maintain accurate daily site records.
* Identify and address any technical or logistical issues promptly.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Extensive background in civil engineering, with specialist knowledge in deep drainage.
* Previous experience in a Foreman or Supervisory role on large-scale civils projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Sound knowledge of health & safety regulations and site best practices.
* CSCS card (essential), with SSSTS/SMSTS highly advantageous.
