A national Property Consultancy are looking to grow their close-knit Quantity Surveying team in London by adding a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working within a team of four, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an important role in project delivery, providing a full Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, and Project Management service.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad range of projects, including CAT B fit-outs, residential developments, reconfiguration projects, and public sector schemes.

MRICS
PQS / Cost Consultancy / Cost Management experience
Currently acting as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Comfortable delivering projects independently
Excellent technical knowledge, pre and post contract
