We are looking for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join our award‑winning, rapidly expanding organization. The role is full‑time, permanent and based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire.
Role Overview
As a Learning and Development Co‑ordinator, you will create, update and implement training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our new and existing employees. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization and help ensure we meet our commitments to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Training Lead to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to our debt recovery and litigation teams.
* Create engaging training materials, including e‑learning modules and presentations.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
* Maintain an accurate training log and skills matrix with a full audit trail.
* Work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to identify skill gaps and provide guidance on improvement opportunities and training needs.
* Conduct horizon scanning, documenting all industry and regulatory changes that impact the organization and its training materials.
* Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to identify departmental training needs.
* Develop new and existing employee training materials to incorporate regulatory and industry changes and ensure compliance with requirements.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in training and development (desirable).
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
