We're based in Barnsley, we're growing, and we're looking for a Case Manager who takes pride in doing things properly.
What you'll actually be doing
You'll own client cases from application through to completion. That means keeping clients updated, chasing lenders, coordinating with our advisers, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The job is part admin, part relationship management, and entirely detail-focused. If you're someone who finds satisfaction in a well-run process and a happy client at the end, this is a good fit.
No mortgage experience needed. What matters is that you're organised, composed under pressure, and a clear communicator. We'll teach you the rest.
How it works
Your first 12 weeks are full-time in our Barnsley office. That's the onboarding period, and it's important that you learn the systems, the team, and the cases properly. After that, it moves to 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

What we need from you:
* At least a year of admin or coordination experience.
* GCSE level education or equivalent.
* Based in or able to reliably commute to Barnsley
