We’re looking for an experienced food & beverage manager to take charge of high-volume food and drink outlets across multiple levels of a landmark stadium that plays host to international matches, global concerts, and unforgettable live events.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Running multiple kiosks and concessions across general admissions or premium levels- Managing and checking in casual staff and frontline leadership teams- Leading team briefings, coordinating stock takes, managing wastage, and ensuring timely deliveries- Supporting innovation in food and drink offerings, particularly for artist-led experiences- Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and compliance at all times- Supporting broader F&B operations alongside senior managers
What Works in This Role:- We’re looking for leaders with grit, pace, and operational precision.- Assistant Managers or Deputy Managers in high-volume hospitality, nightclubs or fast-paced restaurants- High-footfall pubs or event-based F&B operations- Stadium or arena experience is a bonus
