Administrator - Immediate Start
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Duration: Temporary assignment for 1 month initially
Dynamite Recruitment is partnering with a well-established business in Southampton that is currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 1 month initially (although could extend )
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for supporting the business through high-quality administrative work, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Updating the database with accurate information
Compiling site survey reports and audits using the CRM system
Supporting with building plans and drawings using Microsoft Word - Color coding
Completing quality checks on data
Updating online databases with legal information
Completing general administrative duties with precision and attention to detail Skills & Experience
Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
Competent in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Well-organised, adaptable, and able to multitask efficiently
