This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Part-time Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked team just outside Leeds. You’ll walk into a full, varied caseload from day one, supported by a friendly, down-to-earth culture that focuses on quality of service rather than aggressive billing.
With a well-established pipeline, strong internal referrals and a
high-performing conveyancing team feeding work into the department, you’ll have the stability of a busy workload paired with the autonomy to modernise, shape and grow the offering.

Who we’re looking for
4. 6+ years’ PQE in Private Client
5. Strong experience across wills, LPAs, probate, estate administration
6. Comfortable handling complex matters
7. Background from a reputable regional, national or Legal 500-rated team
8. Confident managing a full caseload autonomously
9. Technically strong and quality-driven
10. Appetite for BD and relationship-building
11. Ambitious, forward-thinking and keen to drive improvements
12. Collaborative, approachable and low-ego
What you’ll be doing
13. Manage a full Private Client caseload from day one
14. Deliver a high standard of client care
15. Mentor junior and mid-level colleagues where needed
16. Support BD and networking initiatives
17. Identify opportunities to modernise processes and improve efficiencies
18. Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
19. Help stabilise workflow during a period of growth and change
