Overview
Collaborative Solutions’ Workday Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) team provides people-centered change solutions across business processes and technology implementations. The consultant drives the financials aspect of Workday transformations, enabling users to adopt new processes and achieve sustainable results.
Responsibilities
* Partner with customers to plan, develop, and execute organizational change and training workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive change management, communications, and training plans and collateral tailored to client needs.
* Assess change impacts, identify key stakeholder groups, and devise strategies to drive adoption.
* Lead delivery of customer-facing training, ensuring user confidence and competence.
* Create engaging job aids, webcasts, and related materials for diverse audiences.
* Facilitate workshops to uncover culture, pain points, and resistance.
* Track metrics, training completion rates, and adoption indicators; report status and raise concerns.
* Mentor junior consultants and participate in practice development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or related certifications a plus.
* 2–5 years of financial software experience, including configuration or administration.
* 2+ years of change management plan development, communication strategy, and training program delivery.
* Experience with Prosci, ACMP, or ATD methodologies.
* Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems, and screen capture tools.
* Willing to travel nationally and internationally.
* Strong desire for Workday Financials certification.
* UK residency requirement: lived in the UK for five years and legally entitled to work in the UK.
