The Role In this role, you'll be an integral part of the conveyancing team, working one on one with a fee earner with day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless property transactions. This includes preparing and managing essential documentation, liaising with clients and other parties, and providing crucial support from the start of the transaction through to completion. Responsibilities Include: Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documents such as contracts, mortgage reports, and transfer documents. Conducting pre-completion searches and property detail verifications. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions. Assisting with exchanges of contracts and handling completion processes. Maintaining and organising case files, following up on any outstanding matters. Responding to client inquiries promptly, offering regular updates on case progress. Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a conveyancing assistant or similar role. Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office.
