The Role
This PMO Coordinator role sits at the heart of a large-scale carve-out, supporting coordination across multiple workstreams and ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones within a structured program environment.
* Coordinate PMO activities across multiple workstreams
* Track and manage progress across a large number of program milestones
* Work within Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
* Maintain governance frameworks and provide updates into the steering group
* Drive execution, ensuring tasks are delivered on time
* Manage and continuously improve planning, reporting, and Excel-based processes
Your Experience
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-driven PMO professional who thrives in structured environments and enjoys bringing clarity and control to complex programs.
* Proven experience as a PMO Coordinator or PMO Analyst within large programs
* Background in Financial Services, Technology, or Professional Services
* Advanced Excel skills, including data management, reporting, and dashboards
* Experience with automation tools (e.g., macros, VBA) to improve efficiency
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale program tracking with precision.
* Carve-out project experience highly desirable.
