The Role
This isn't just pouring drinks; it's about creating an experience. You'll be responsible for:

* Managing the energy of the bar during our busiest Friday and Saturday windows.
* Supporting the floor team with table service when the "buzz" hits its peak.
What You'll Need
* Proven Experience: You must be confident in cocktail creation and bar service (this is essential).
* Speed & Grace: The ability to stay calm, fast, and friendly when the tickets start stacking up.
* Hospitality Heart: Previous restaurant or table service experience is a massive plus.
