You'll provide hands-on care, respond to emergency situations, mentor colleagues, and help maintain exceptional standards across our services.Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality person-centred care to Service UsersRespond to emergency callouts and provide additional support where requiredMentor and supervise Homecare WorkersCarry out competency checks and medication assessmentsSupport and guide new starters during inductionBuild positive relationships with Service Users and their familiesComplete care plans, reviews, and risk assessmentsPromote independence and connect individuals with community support servicesMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresLiaise effectively with management, healthcare professionals, and familiesFurther details regarding responsibilities will be discussed at interview stage.About YouWe're looking for someone who is: Experienced within care and confident administering medicationPassionate about delivering high-quality careCalm, adaptable, and able to work under pressureOrganised with strong communication skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and digital systemsA supportive team player with leadership potentialIn possession of a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicleA Level 2 Qualification in Care and supervisory experience are desirable but not essential.About HICA HomecareHICA Homecare is proud to be one of the lead providers of community care in North East Lincolnshire, delivering over 3,000 hours of care every week across Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Humberston, New Waltham, Barton-upon-Humber, and surrounding areas.As a not-for-profit organisation, HICA is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to older people and individuals with learning difficulties both within residential settings and in the community.We are also proud to be a Veterans Friendly Framework (VFF) accredited organisation and actively encourage applications from veterans, reservists, service leavers, and military families.Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
