The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit a Flexi/ Bendi Forklift Driver on behalf of a busy client of ours based in Ashford.
Schedule- Monday to Friday 07:30- 17:30
Pay £12.75 - £13.25 per hour
As a Flexi Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse. Your main responsibility will be to safely operate a flexi (side-loader) forklift to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse. You'll be working in a variety of settings and handling various tasks to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a flexi forklift to transport goods across the warehouse.
* Load and unload goods from delivery trucks and storage locations.
* Organise and stack products to maximise storage efficiency.
* Assist with stock taking and inventory control as required.
* Follow all health and safety procedures and best practices.
* Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues.
* Support other warehouse functions as needed, including order picking and packing.
Requirements:
* Valid Flexi (Side-loader) Forklift license is essential.
* Proven experience operating a flexi forklift or similar machinery.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* A positive attitude towards health and safety regulations.
