This company continues to grow in size, quality and scope every year and are looking for someone who is passionate about children’s play and activity. As a Deputy School Club Manager you will support the management of all day-to-day aspects of running the clubs at your school, including planning activities, scheduling, people management, and managing school relationships. You will also have the opportunity to work in the holidays as part of activity and sport camps. As a Deputy School Club Manager, you will ideally have experience in - Leading a Team - you will be supporting your School Club Manager to lead staff in delivering a fun and safe programme of work, by following clear policies and procedures, and ensuring a happy and motivated group of children and staff - Inspiring Others – you and your team will be responsible for providing an inclusive, fun, and engaging provision for the children in your care, while inspiring them to explore their interests and think big - Processes and Organising – you will be responsible for organising and planning daily and weekly activities. You'll also ensure the correct use of systems, processes, and procedures to ensure that both staff and children are safe - Effective Communication – you will ensure that there is effective communication between your School Club Manager, venue, your team, parents, the school or host venue and all internal support teams. - Leading Play & Activities – creating a fun, energetic, playful, structured environment for children to grow and develop.
