We participate in OPAL (Outdoor Play & Learning) in our playground to bring a cultural and practical way to play. You will: be able to work independently but contribute to a strong team ethos be flexible and open to change in order to meet the needs of our pupils be pro-active, and willing to use your own initiative have the ability to remain calm and confident when under pressure be a team-player, open to advice, feedback and guidance be able to deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner be resilient, hard –working and self-motivated be a good timekeeper Be ICT literate to record incidents / accidents on Evolve First Aid and to complete in-house online training.
