I am partnered exclusively with a PE-backed Practice firm looking to strengthen their already high-performing Medical Accounts team. The firm has an impressive presence in this space, competing and clearing their competition even from the likes of larger, international firms, and have a surplus of clients ready to go. As such there is a need for an Accounts Manager who carries experience holding debriefs and performing final reviews with clients that are in the medical space, and with GPs especially.
You will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations for medical accounts, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day billing and reporting processes. You’ll also contribute to the development of junior staff, collaborate across departments to deliver a premium service, and work towards becoming a trusted advisor who can support business growth initiatives.
The firm has experienced consistent and substantial growth year on year and possess strong retention of both staff and clients. This is a uniquely positioned opportunity to take the foundations built in your career so far and boost your development prospects in line with the firm’s exciting growth.
This role is hybrid for those in the vicinity of their main office (which can be discussed confidentially during screening), otherwise such is the scope of expansion that more regional candidates will be considered on a remote basis.
