This role is perfect if you want to:

The Role
Depending on your skills and interests, you may support schools as a:
* Teaching Assistant (General or SEN)
* Classroom Assistant
* Cover Supervisor (all lessons pre‑planned)
* Learning Mentor / Behaviour Mentor
You will support pupils across Key Stage 3 and 4 (ages 11–16), assist with lesson delivery, and work closely with experienced teaching staff, providing invaluable preparation for a future career in teaching.
