Overview
We are looking for a motivated Accommodation Supervisor to lead and manage our team of accommodation assistants, ensuring our guest accommodation is impeccably maintained and ready to impress.

Responsibilities
* Managing and motivating your team of holiday heroes
* Overseeing changeover logistics to ensure accommodations are spotless and ready
* Resolving guest issues to their satisfaction
* Collaborating with other team leaders to deliver a memorable holiday experience
* Supporting during busy periods, including bank holidays
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience in team leadership
* Background in housekeeping or similar role
* Friendly, helpful attitude with excellent communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable
* Experience working at a holiday park
