Gathering requirements from clients and stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities and desired outcomes Developing smart building, controls and BMS design and engineering solutions Coordinating digital building and controls design with other building services disciplines and external parties Preparing technical reports and presentations, translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences Acting as a trusted advisor on BMS and Smart Building design, integration and strategy Delivering blue-sky, aspirational workshops with clients and key stakeholders Supporting quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous professional development Assisting with marketing and business development activities where required Where youll be doing it Youll be joining a leading global consultancy at the forefront of digital and smart building innovation.

What youll need A relevant engineering qualification with at least 3 years experience in BMS, controls or Smart Buildings Knowledge of BMS systems, ideally with some experience designing building controls or integration solutions The ability to write specifications and technical reports Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio A proactive mindset and ambition to grow into a subject matter expert Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
