We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, all rounded individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Housekeeping and Hospitality Assistant. About The Role Your focus as a Housekeeping and Hospitality Assistant will be to provide general housekeeping services and serve meals to our residents whilst following The Hawthorns’ procedures in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner. Other Responsibilities Will Include Cleaning and maintaining the main areas of the service as well as our resident’s apartments to a high standard. Restocking the food and beverage areas when required. Courteously serving meals to our residents. Laundering linens using the facilities provided on site. About You To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do. Our Ideal Candidate Must Have Experience working in a similar environment or a hospitality-related background. Strong organisation skills and the ability to meet time deadlines. A positive and professional image and attitude. Excellent communication skills.
