Pay Rate: £28,000
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months
Shift patterns: 2 Shifts Available 07:00am to 15:00pm or 12pm to 20:00pm
Location: Oxford - Based at John Radcliffe Hospital
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Trust Liasion Officer to play a vital role coordinating our Hospital Logistics requirements for Oxford University Healthcare.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
1. Act as the main liaison between DHL and trust staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
2. Take a proactive approach in coordinating and managing the daily requirements of the hospital.
3. Collaborate actively with trust staff to enhance processes and improve bed flow management continuously.
4. Assist trust staff in various aspects of patient care and safety to enhance the overall patient experience.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
5. Proven experience in patient and/or passenger transport.
6. Passion for healthcare and patient welfare
7. Proficiency in Microsoft packages including Excel
8. Experience in managing projects effectively.
9. Familiarity with the Oxford area is beneficial
