This role is ideal for an NQ Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking residential property team. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision and support, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Shared ownership matters You will work closely with senior fee earners and support staff to ensure transactions progress smoothly while delivering excellent client care.
